Cambridge Engagement Photography - Kirsty and Chris, St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Last weekend I had the absolute pleasure of heading out with Kirsty, Chris and Rosie the dog for their engagement shoot. For this session, they chose their home town of St Ives, near Cambridge and it was great seeing the parts you don't normally visit if you're just near the shops.
We started off on the bridge near the quayside and then took a walk along the Thicket up to Nobles field. This is where mother nature didn't quite play along and I had to admire their patience with me as we sheltered under a tree for half an hour waiting for the rain to pass!
Once I'd shown my mad side lying in the wet grass getting some cracking shots with the sun backlighting them we headed back to the bridge for some lovely sunset pictures.
